You would have the opportunity to join a new name in the new homes industry. This full-time role offers a generous salary ranging from GBP26,000 to GBP28,000, with an impressive on-target earnings potential of GBP45,000 to GBP50,000. Embrace the work-life balance with a structured schedule from 9:30am to 5:30pm, Thursday to Monday, including one weekend off each month. In addition, you will be rewarded with an extensive 30 days of holiday. The financial package is further enhanced by a mileage allowance of 45p per mile, calculated from door to door. As the ideal candidate, you will possess a proven track record in new homes sales, demonstrating a flair for engaging with clients and closing deals with finesse.
