Job description:

Extrastaff are currently recruiting for a Elitron Operative for a well-established company based in Enfield which will soon be moving to Bishop Stortford. This is a great opportunity for someone to progress within a busy environment. Responsibilities: * Operate Young Shin die-cutting machines to produce high-quality products. * Set up machines according to job specifications and customer requirements. * Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control. * Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance on machines. * Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines Key Requirements * Previous experience operating Young Shin or similar die-cutting machines preferred. * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Team player mentality with good communication skills. Hours of work Days : 06:45am to 18:45pm. Monday, Tuesday, off Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Work Saturday Sunday, Off Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday, Thursday ,Friday. Also they get 30% extra on Sundays. Nights : 19:00pm to 05:30am Monday to Thursday (overtime most weekends Friday, Saturday Sunday Night)
