Job description:

A leading developer is actively seeking a frame manager to join their team on a major development in South West London. This developer currently has a new scheme underway in South West London, creating a brand new community. Once completed it will contain over 400 new homes, community park commercial properties. A multi million pound development, it is made up of 7 RC frame blocks, containing 1-3 bedroom flats. As a frame manager you will be on a phase reporting into the Project Manager. Your main focus will be monitor all the frame works, ensuring the subcontractor is following program, H S and monitoring their works. To be considered for this role you must have; * Previous experience working for frame contractors as a site manager or project manager * Longevity with previous employers * Be from an engineer background * Driven attitude * Managing H S This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK #39;s leading developers, with a strong pipeline of work in the area they can offer excellent career progression opportunities.
