The ideal fee earner will have around 3PQE and will be stepping into a busy an active caseload of work. Role Overview: Stepping into an active and existing caseload of work, you will be dealing with all manners of commercial property matters can include: Sales and Purchases of Commercial Property Commercial LeasesThe firm also operate for a number of clients across leisure, care and agricultural sectors and for investment properties allowing for a varied and interesting caseload of work Benefits and rewards: The firm pay very competitively in the region, whilst the salary banding is indicative, they are open to hearing about people #39;s salary expectations and I would be happy to submit a potential candidate at their own salary expectations.
