Foster + Partners HR Advisor - full time, permanent. Battersea Foster and Partners are an award-winning British architectural design and engineering firm who put forward an innovative, modern and sustainable approach. We are based in Battersea SW London. Due to a period of sustained growth we are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join our HR team The Human Resources team are responsible for the whole employee lifecycle of over 1500 staff globally. You will be working alongside a team of HR professionals including Learning + Development, Global Mobility and Reward team members. Skills experience required: bull; CIPD qualified bull; Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation bull; Able to demonstrate fluency in English both written and spoken is essential bull; Excellent Microsoft office skills - Excel and Word, knowledge of HR systems would be useful bull; Excellent administration skills bull; Excellent organisation skills and the ability to co-ordinate and manage people, events, and data bull; Methodical, accurate and have excellent attention to detail including accurate data entry skills bull; A professional approach to HR with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction bull; Can quickly establish credibility and build good working relationships bull; Able to work as part of an effective team assisting and supporting HR team members bull; Must enjoy working in a very busy, fast paced environment bull; Be punctual and reliable bull; Smart personal presentation and able to act as an ambassador on behalf of the HR Department and Foster + Partners bull; Understand the professional architectural qualifications This role will be based full time in our head office in Battersea.
