Accountant

A well-established Accountancy business based in Tring are looking for an Accountant to support an existing well-established team. The new individual should have a minimum of two year rsquo;s years rsquo; experience within practice, have good technical knowledge including completion of year end accounts, self-assessments, assist with tax planning and corporation tax. The business is based in excellent located offices and offers access to local amenities, free parking and hybrid working. Duties: * Completion of year end accounts, CT600, Corporation Tax and Self-Assessment Tax Returns * Management of your client rsquo;s payroll and VAT * Assisting your clients with tax planning, taxation and accountancy advice * Ensuring your clients meet statutory deadlines, such as VAT returns and RTI Submissions * Providing IR35 advice * Work on projects as per the business requirements. * Take on new clients and manage their expectation Person Spec: * A proactive, forward thinker. * Enjoys taking ownership and responsibility for tasks. * Able to keep up to date with current legislation and share knowledge within the team. * At least one examination passed towards an accountancy qualification * Two years working in an accountancy practice
