Your ability to communicate effectively, with our brand values in mind will keep us one step ahead. You will deal with incoming enquires and provide quotes through sophisticated IT systems. Although most of the business is transacted online, the customers you speak to will have your direct number and will be able to call you with any questions/queries. Its not a call centre and you must take responsibility for keeping up the brand tone and service which has resulted in its success to date. You will be part of a team with customer service at the forefront, although you will need to show results, this is not a sales role. All enquiries are incoming and then its up to you to shine from there and give the customers their best options. As you are conversing with customers daily you must have excellent communication skills both orally and written. why you should apply.
