Support our community rsquo;s most vulnerable people to promote their wellbeing and independence Care Assistant/ Support Worker Role Your role will involve supporting adults with complex learning, physical and behavioural difficulties with community, supported living or residential care settings. You will work your choice of Early, Late, Long Day or Waking Night shifts and can choose to work just a couple of shifts a week or many more. Your role will include physical care (such as personal care and use of hoists), behavioural support (de-escalating challenging behaviours), and help around the home such as help preparing meals and light household duties. You will be given support and training to make the role a success. Do you enjoy supporting children and adults with complex needs and or working in a supported living service? Care Assistant/Support Worker Criteria Relevant social care experience.
