Clinical Lead Nurse Brackley Up to GBP50,000 I am looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to work in a fabulous luxury home providing high quality nursing, dementia, residential and respite care in the beautiful town of Brackley. The home has a cinema, library and caf eacute; enabling residents to live life to the full. In this role you will: * Work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance including carrying out audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance * Lead a team of staff * Ensure residents always receive the best care * Provide excellent nursing and clinical care * Actively contribute to all clinical delivery within the home For this great Clinical Lead Nurse post you will need: * NMC nurse registration with relevant post-registration experience * A strong clinical skillset * The ability to lead the nursing team * Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team * The ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure * A passion for promoting best nursing practice * The ability to train, support and mentor others * A desire to encourage positive working relationships within the team * Strong verbal and written communication skills For more information on this role, please call Elite Care on (phone number removed)
