Internal sales administrator

Our client, a leading supplier and processor of glass products in the UK, specialising in bespoke single and high-end glass processing, laminate glass and Insulated Glass Units is now expanding their team and recruiting an experienced Internal Sales Administrator. Responsibilities include: * Obtaining and processing orders * Assessing competitors and identifying sales opportunities. * Developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, and preparing quotations. * Handling customer inquiries by email and telephone * Troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems. * Maintaining and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures. * Updating job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities. The ideal candidate will be customer focussed, have a motivation for sales and be effective at building relationships.
