Fruit production supervisor

CSS are seeking a Production Supervisor for a busy production company based in Witham. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with good communication skills. Duties will include: * Performance Management * Maintenance of Health Safety including a daily Fire Marshall role * Being accountable for: Team Leaders, Machine Operators, Production Operatives, and the Hygiene Team. * Staff Management Training Working Hours: Monday ndash; Friday either 8am ndash; 5pm or 9am ndash; 6pm This is a permanent position offering a salary of GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 per year.
