Multi skilled facilities engineer

Smart Solutions are working with a global leader who are seeking a Multi Skilled Facilities Engineer with an Electrically Bias to join their team based in Merthyr. You will provide first line maintenance response to all breakdowns within the fastest possible time, minimising any a disturbance to operations. Duties of the Multi Skilled Facilities Engineer: * To ensure all work is carried out safely within current health, safety, environmental legislative Standards and company procedures. * Respond to breakdowns within a number of different environments, including industrial, offices and electronic laboratories, aiming to ensure facilities are available for use, minimising downtime and disturbance to operations. * Effective trouble shooting, repair and maintenance of equipment and systems such as overhead cranes, compressors, extraction systems, roller shutter doors, breathable air equipment, spraying booth, access control, intruder alarms, lifting systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems, building management systems. * Site services include electrical distribution, compressed air and water systems including domestic, fowl and hydrant distribution.
