Senior site engineer

James Gray Recruitment are actively seeking a Senior Site Engineer to work on a heavy civil engineering project based in Perth on behalf of one of our key clients. The client: * 70 years of experience across the UK, working across a number of Joint Ventures, Public-Private Partnerships and alternative forms of contract on well-known and celebrated projects; * Well-respected and successful, our client has secured a substantial contract and are looking for talented and ambitious individuals to join their team; * This is an excellent opportunity to join a company which has been steadily growing since their inception, and with scope for work for years to come. What you rsquo;ll be doing: * The successful Senior Site Engineer will be working on a heavy civil engineering projects in Perth for the next two years undertaking site engineering and setting out; * Manage the daily operations on site and ensure project timescales are met within a safe and accurate fashion, * Reporting daily/weekly to the Project Manager on key aspects of progress issues and concerns, * Contribute and help to ensure that success throughout all projects is achieved by delivering the programme on time, * Support trainee Engineers on site, * Any other duties as required. What you rsquo;ll need to be successful: * The ideal candidate will be degree-qualified, with at least an HNC in civil engineering; * Experience in any civil engineering background will be considered; * At least 3+ years rsquo; post-graduate experience in civil engineering.
