Job Description Maintain accurate employee records by using our internal HRIS Assisting with onboarding processes Assisting with offboarding / termination processes Assist payroll manager with payroll duties Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Prepare monthly reports Provide support during disciplinary processes including arranging hearings, taking minutes and providing outcomes General HR administration The Successful Applicant Sage 50 payroll experience Familiarity with HRIS; ability to learn new systems quickly Be proactive, always being self-sufficient Have good Computer literacy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations What s on Offer 28 days of annual leave (including paid Bank Holidays).
