Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our office in London (Kings Cross). We re seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chairman, Company Secretary SVP Group Professional Services and General Counsel. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our journey and contribute to the success of our organisation. What you will be doing: You will be responsible for a full spectrum of confidential efficient and proactive administrative support. You will contribute to maintaining a positive atmosphere within the Group Professional Services team to support proactive change within the business. This is a highly varied role in terms of the topics and nature of support required, this will include: Management of the Executive Committee agenda and arranging meetings. Travel arrangements - itineraries, visas and coordinating multiple diaries over various time zones. Working with multiple assistants/stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of each Board Meeting. Supporting the Company Secretary’s management of the Group Professional Services function. Line management of the London Office Manager. About you: Experienced in managing multiple diaries at a senior level within a corporate environment. Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and manage multiple stakeholders. C-suite or board experience with high energy and professionalism. Strong experience of working within a company secretarial team. Pragmatic, resilient, flexible and has a ‘can do’ attitude. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and OneNote. Ability to work across an international organisation.
