Job Description Service Desk Analyst Location: Rochdale, 5-days on-site Salary: Up to £24,000 plus training budget at your disposal Are you interested in joining a company who are committed to making lives better on a daily basis? As the first point of contact for users, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch IT support across all existing business applications. You will be responsible for upholding the consistent delivery of high-quality IT support, ensuring the ongoing excellence and performance of all IT systems. The skills and experience you will bring with you… Experience of working on a support desk or technical environment. Excellent communication skills Key Responsibilities Providing a first IT point of contact for all internal users, including on-site support in person as required Logging and responding to call submitted to the Service Desk via telephone, email, or web portal. Provide system access as requested for new users, leavers and to support any system changes. Monitoring and escalating tickets as required to meet or exceed SLAs. Maintain service desk documentation including guidance for users. Liaise with other members of the IT team and external partners as required to support resolution of support tickets. Supporting hardware onsite to ensure seamless functioning for users. Does this sound like the role for you?
