It technician

Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and networking issues- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to IT-related issues- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions- Assist with the setup and maintenance of computer networks- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field- Proficiency in computer hardware, software, and operating systems- Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems for issue tracking- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users- Familiarity with VPN setup and troubleshooting- Knowledge of Mac OS is a plus- Ability to perform software troubleshooting and resolve technical issues If you are a motivated IT professional with a passion for problem-solving and providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
