1st line it helpdesk technician

We are recruiting for a first line IT Technician to work for a growing business based in Manchester. The role will be working on an established helpdesk and closly with 1st and 2nd line technciain. Knowledge, skills and experience a) Superior Customer Service Skills b) Able to prioritise and schedule own workload within a fast-paced environment. c) Proactive and positive approach to problem solving and client interaction. d) Exceptional attention to detail, flexibility and uses own initiative to troubleshoot complex issues. e) IT Service Desk Environment. f) Networking Experience (routers, switches firewalls). Understand basic network terminology and basicnetwork configuration. g) Administering supporting Office365, with hands on experience of user and licence administration h) Microsoft Desktop. i) Administering supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, preferably in a VMWare ESXi environment or HyperV.
