We are searching for an IT SUPPORT MANAGER You support our team members by finding solutions for their IT-related questions and tasks in a quick and efficient manner. Your daily tasks: Support our employees in all IT-related queries. Working resolution of IT Service desk tickets in timely manner. Troubleshooting of client System/ Network, Printers, Scanners, Access permissions, etc. Develop and build security policies and procedures for Cloud Systems Networks. Implement firewalls and ensure IT security requirements. Ongoing tracking and working on tickets and tasks. Working and Managing our Ecommerce Website. Assisting in our Ecommerce Stores and Platforms like Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Wowcher, Groupon, Googroopie etc. Learn all aspects of the ecommerce website and how it integrates with external and internal systems Collaborate with design, QA, development and analytics resources for implementation and analysis Manages day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting for web project-related initiatives Executes on the Plan What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology or relevant fields. 1+ years’ experience of professional experience in an IT position at Level 2 and 3 Support help desk environment. Knowledge of working with IT Helpdesk systems like Share suite, etc. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Server. Deployment of Microsoft Sentinel. Good knowledge of System Trouble shooting Print Servers, Scanner, File Servers, User Access Management GPO, Azure Active Directory and endpoint manager. Advanced experience in networks and firewalls. Advance knowledge of remote management tools like Tactical RMM, Team viewer, Any Desk, etc. Efficient and professional communication in English language Candidates with certifications in Networks Systems will be preferred.
