AmTrust International are currently looking for a Receptionist/Admin to join part of Runnymede Law team based out of our London Charing Cross office. The role will be a varied position providing both reception and administrative duties within the office with tasks such as: Administration Stationery/office supplies – ensure adequate supplies including ink for franking machine, availability of stamps, as well as tea/water cooler. Photocopying and collation of material/bundles – downloading material from multiple sources in a variety of formats. Uploading and sharing material with clients via Dropbox etc. Creating electronic and hard copy bundles for Counsel/clients Copying/downloading incoming discs/USBs and sharing material with client/counsel (e.g. via Dropbox) Downloading/saving/printing disclosure • Archiving • Dealing with incoming new claims and inputting them onto the case management system – assigning UFNs and passing on for allocation. Making up new files. Maintenance of reception files and forms for fee earners. Ensure conference room and reception area kept neat and tidy and covid clean. Stationery supplies there to be maintained and working. Reception Primary responsibility for dealing with incoming telephone calls and answer phone messages. Meet and greet clients attending the office. Post – in and outgoing. Review and direct incoming email enquiries/faxes. Booking couriers.
