Job description:

You would be responsible for the organisation and administration of a busy office, working both Face to Face and on the phone, to provide support to staff in all aspects of their work. The role is hybrid, and the expectation is that you would only need to be based in the office twice a week. Your duties include, but are not limited to:- General office duties Answering the phone Updating records Managing spreadsheets Processing business What you ll need to succeed Key skills required: High accuracy and organisation Enthusiasm, with a can-do attitude Good communicator, both face to face and on the phone Keen attention to detail Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From £35,000.00 per year Benefits: Casual dress Company pension Enhanced maternity leave Gym membership Life insurance Private medical insurance Sick pay Work from home Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
