Providing specific administrative support to the Trust Director of HR in order to support the development of effective Trust wide HR policies and processes. Note that this area of the role is developing. To be successful in both areas, you will need to: Be comfortable using a large number of online systems, and comfortable learning new ones with minimal guidance; Be able to work productively and efficiently; Be flexible in your approach, as the demands of the role develop; Show strong attention to detail; and Enjoy delivering a wide variety of administrative tasks.
