Newham Community Learning Newham £25,000 - £32,000 per year New Quick apply Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per year Job type: Full Time, Permanent Start date: As soon as possible Apply by: 29 December 2023 Job overview There are two key areas of work that this role will be responsible for: Providing high level, self-managed, general administrative support across the range of operational functions which report to the COO - ie. finance, estates, health and safety, IT, data protection. Providing specific administrative support to the Trust Director of HR in order to support the development of effective Trust wide HR policies and processes. Note that this area of the role is developing. To be successful in both areas, you will need to: Be comfortable using a large number of online systems, and comfortable learning new ones with minimal guidance; Be able to work productively and efficiently; Be flexible in your approach, as the demands of the role develop; Show strong attention to detail; and Enjoy delivering a wide variety of administrative tasks. We are the only Trust to offer all-through provision from ages 2 - 16 within a single family of schools in Newham.
