We have experience in delivering educational packages, including pre-entry, entry level, GCSE and up to A Levels, while supporting social development and mental well-being. Every student working with us has a bespoke educational package, directing and guiding them through the most achievable pathway of education. We are currently looking to appoint an Office Administrator who will have responsibility for a range of activities associated with the recording, reporting and administration of all data concerning students and the daily administrative tasks that the provision requires (weekly records, resources, ID cards and trips amongst others). To be successful, you will be calm under pressure, organised and have strong administration and organisation skills. You should be able to work independently, use your own initiative, but also be able to work closely with the team to support common goals. You may not have all the experience and qualifications required for this role; however, you are encouraged to apply if you feel that you can demonstrate the potential to contribute to EK Outreach Services future success. This is a full-time role Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Some periods are particularly busy and there will need to be flexibility.
