Legal Secretary Manchester Hybrid An opportunity has arisen in a Legal 500 firm of serious and personal injury solicitors for an experienced Legal Secretary to provide PA support at Partner level to join their team. You will ideally need to have previous experience in a PI team, but strong secretaries in other departments will also be considered. The ideal candidate will be responsible to provide secretarial support for the Partner and for all day-to-day administrative duties including; typing correspondence, letters, reports, statements and instructions, copying, filing and organising client files etc. YOu should have strong experience with digital dictation and also prepping court bundles electroncially. They will manage the diary and emails of the Fee Earners in their absence and establishing and maintaining a reminder system for key dates.
