The position comes with great flexibility, and you’ll be able to work from home two days per week. You’ll have the option to get involved with various firm initiatives and be able to champion your interests at work, such as social committees and projects supporting diversity, neurodiversity and mental health. In the role, you’ll provide PA support to a diverse team of partners and solicitors, aiding with client billing and reports, document production, client liaison, file management, diary management, event support and arranging travel. The right candidate will have 12 months of experience providing legal PA support and have excellent communication skills. You’ll be able to take the initiative and work collaboratively as part of a team. Alternatively, you may be an experienced legal secretary (with at least three years’ experience) looking to take the next step into a PA role. Law graduates without prior experience in a similar role won’t be considered.
