Commercial property assistant

A highly well respected and well recognised regional law firm with offices across the region is looking for a Commercial Property Legal Assistant to join their team at their offices in Blackburn. Working closely with the lawyers advising clients in respect of their working closely with the Real Estate property team you will be required to assist in the day-to-day progression of files, office administration and management of diaries’, calls and internal administration. Knowledge of Commercial Property at assistant/secretarial level of at least 12 months is essential. The salary on offer for this excellent Conveyancing Legal Assistant role is £19k-£24k and includes one of the best benefits packages in the region. This role would suit a candidate who enjoys working at this level and can provide excellent assistance to the Commercial Property solicitors long term.
