Working 22.5 hours, you will be responsible for providing confidential and efficient administrative support to the nursing and medical team. From managing their diaries, planning meetings and creating presentations to drafting correspondence and updating records, you will be able to turn your hand to any admin related task. As a Secretary, you will advise staff members of the most appropriate package and layout for the reproduction of work submitted, ensuring follows policies and procedures. Other responsibilities: To receive and record typing, checking and amending for spelling and grammatical errors, completing within given deadlines To attend and minute meetings Establish and maintain a high standard of office practices and procedures, including filing systems To actively participate in maintaining the physical, relational; and procedural security to ensure the safety of all To be successful in this role, you ll need: Secretarial qualification RSA II, Typing / Word Processing or equivalent Audio Dictation 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent Word Processing skills 50 wpm Minimum 3 years’ secretarial and administrative experience What you will get: Annual salary of £22,640 plus Benefits (Pro Rata) The equivalent of 33 days annual leave – plus your birthday off!
