1st line desktop support

10166CF £200 – 210 per day 1st Line Desktop Support – On site 5 days a week We are currently looking for an enthauiastic individual with a “can do” atiitude to join our client for a 6 month contract – INSIDE IR35. The role is ideal for someone with a few years experience of 1st Line support and is looking to gain some further experience at a Tier 1 commercial company. Experience 1st line desktop support Configure and build laptops deal with level 1 support issues / tickets The most important aspect of this role is to have high quality customer service experience and have previous customer facing experience Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
