As a Second Line IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing high-quality support to our legal professionals. Key Responsibilities: Provide second-line technical support to end-users, including lawyers and support staff. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, both remotely and in-person. Configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain network and security protocols. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Install, upgrade, and maintain software applications. Assist with onboarding and training new employees on IT systems and best practices. Ensure data backups and disaster recovery procedures are in place. Proactively identify and address potential IT problems to minimize disruptions. Maintain an inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
