As part of their journey, they are seeking a talented IT Service Desk analyst to join their dynamic IT Function. Role Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and service requests. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and efficient manner. Demonstrate expertise in supporting Windows 10 operating systems and Office 365 applications. Log and categorise incidents and service requests in the IT service management system. Assist end-users with technical issues, including hardware and software problems, connectivity, and system access. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for troubleshooting procedures, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. Role Requirements Proven experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst or similar role. Strong background in supporting Windows 10 and Office 365. Familiarity of ITIL, and ITIL best practices within an IT operations environment. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering a positive user experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
