Job description:

Position: 1st Line Helpdesk Location: SE11 I have partnered with a charity organisation who are seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. They re based in Southeast London. You ll be joining a small team of IT Engineers supporting their employees with their IT needs. There will be occasional travel involved to their other sites, so a driver s license and transport is preferred. Alongside the team, you ll be supporting Active Directory, Windows, Office 365, DNS, DHCP and printers. Role requirements/skills: Experience in a 1st line support position Technical knowledge and experience of supporting a Windows environment Skilled in Windows, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Office 365 Great communication skills, written and verbal Good time management Ability to manage tickets according to SLAs Job responsibilities: Responding to IT support tickets and escalating when necessary Deskside support and remote support Troubleshooting and maintenance of software and hardware Managing your own tickets Travelling to other sites when required There will be some opportunities for hybrid working. With 1 remote working day per week.
