They are currently looking to add to their IT team and seeking to bring in a dynamic and confident service desk analyst. This position is desk based in their office in Wellingborough. Service desk analyst core responsibilities: Provide 1st line support Research, diagnose and identify solutions to resolve technical issues. Ticket logging and resolving within agreed service level. You’ll be a self-starter Requirements and technical experience must include: Previous experience in similar IT support role. Troubleshooting windows 10/x and MacOS X. Azure and Active Directory experience. M365 support.
