Senior Site Manager/Contracts Manager We are actively looking to engage with a Senior Site Manager who is possibly looking to progress into a Contracts Manager position. The ideal Senior Site Manager will have an outstanding background within refurbishment and maintenance across shop fitting and hotel refurbishments. This position is primarily site based but will require office visits for meetings and reporting. You will be responsible for both staff and clients ensuring that the contract is run in a very professional fashion. Utilising your IT skills for management and client reporting you will also have the ability to manage, guide your direct and sub contracted staff to ensure that work progresses to client SLA #39;s.
