Job description:

Service Desk Analyst Education Organisation Initial 3 month contract - 35 hrs a week £14.93 per hour incl. holiday pay A chance has arisen to join a tight knit team on a busy Service Desk. You will need the ability to prioritise your own workload, responding to and resolving customer calls and tickets. We are looking for people with an IT background, either working on an IT helpdesk or IT graduates with good customer background experience. This role is going to move quick!!
