Some key tasks include but are not limited to: Looking after our guests Handling their request or queries Ensuring their comfort and satisfaction Taking action where necessary What you will be doing: You will be responsible for all Front Office functions during the overnight shift, including the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. The role includes supervising and training Hosts and Door Hosts. Rotate with other supervisor to cover night shift Perform all tasks of the Front Office as needed to facilitate service. Review the arrival lists, organise the amenities and ensure that special requests are honored whenever possible. Work with the Front Office Manager to optimise our room allocation Be able to take the lead during fire evacuations, fire drills, or other Health and Safety procedures Positive outlook and outgoing personality with great confidence and able to direct team members and support them. You will have sustained and proven experience in the hospitality industry, we expect from you a knowledge in guest correspondence, coaching and training, handling of diverse tasks related to the position.
