Job description:

HR Administrator (12 months fixed term contract) We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our HR Team. This role will be offered on a 12 month fixed term contract and will provide administrative support to the wider HR team in providing a proactive HR service to our University. You will play a frontline and pivotal role in our friendly HR team and provide end-to-end HR administrative support across the University. You will support recruitment and selection activities as well as prepare contracts and changes to terms and conditions. You will also support learning and development activities within HR. You will join a team of HR Officer’s and a Learning Development Assistant and will report to one of the HR Business Partner’s. You will ideally have experience working within an administrative role, experience gained within the Higher Education or NHS sector would be advantageous. You will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in Maths and English. You will have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be proficient in Microsoft packages, experience using a HR database is desirable. You will have good literacy and numeracy skills and will be flexible and pro-active in your approach to work, as no two days will be the same.
