The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and organised Personal Assistant/ Office Administrator to provide vital support to our executive team and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This role will be responsible for supporting our executive leadership with their travel, meeting coordination and scheduling. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing office administration tasks and some HR coordination. Key Responsibilities: Assist executives in organizing and managing their schedules across time zones. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, including calendar management, invitation distribution and logistical arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes as needed. Arrange international travel, including flights, accommodations, logistics and itineraries. Contribute to document creation, proofreading, and editing tasks. Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient. Plan and organize team events and off-site meetings. HR related duties, including managing job postings and coordinating interviews. Ad hoc duties as required. Requirements: Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, or related role. Experience working at a start-up/ growth stage company. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills. Knowledge of international travel booking Experience working in a fast-paced environment Perks and Benefits: Flexible working hours. Salary dependent on experience.
