Job description:

Overview: We’re looking for a friendly, well-organized and hard-working admin assistant and data entry clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have customer service skills with good knowledge of MS Office and able to work independently or as a part of a team. This may be the right opportunity for you! Duties and Responsibilities: Input data with source documents, enter data in verification format to detect errors Establish maintain systems to ensure that all files, letters, reference manuals Duties scanning, faxing, and electronically filing documents Respond to customers enquiries in a professional manner Type in data provided directly from customers Record keeping filing of all paper work Performs other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma Strong attention to detail Fast and accurate typing skills Must have 1-2 years experience in data entry role Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Enjoy working to deadlines having great time management Intermediate skills in MS Office including, Word, Excel and Power point If you’re interested, please kind submit your resume and cover letter.
