As a Document Controller you will report directly to the Planning Manager and will be responsible for performing a variety of analytical, clerical, and decision-making functions that are necessary to assure the smooth running of maintenance inputs and day-to-day operations of the business. There may also be a requirement for domestic travel to fulfil key business objectives. Responsibilities: Collecting and Quality Checking of completed job cards within Base Maintenance Quality Checking of completed Line Maintenance job cards Closing of completed job cards within Base Maintenance Work Packages (paper and electronically) Scanning of Job Cards from both Base and Line Maintenance back to customer and into Job Files Monitors complete and incomplete job cards within Work Packages for reporting / Quality Checking purposes Performs general clerical duties, to include setting up files and entering and collecting computerised data Qualifications: A good knowledge of Aircraft Base and Line Maintenance preferred but not essential.
